There are some simple reasons for not losing weight after some diets also. Here are some basic reasons why you can't lose weight even though you have followed some diet system. Firstly the main reason you gain much weight because you eat high-fat foods and snacks. They should not be taken in our diets at high quantity. A study on American women diets has revealed that more than 80 percent of women underestimated their daily food intake by 700 calories. We eat too much fat in our regular diets. Most of us get all we need daily (about 67 grams) just from added fats like margarine, salad oils, butter and those used in cooking. Any other fat we eat (ice cream, meat, cheese) is extra - and likely to pad our butts, hips and thighs. While we've cut back on butter and margarine, we're still consuming record quantities of salad dressing, which is now the leading source of fat in our diets. Whole grains, fish, nonfat milk, and vitamins C and A, folic acid and fiber are the food you use mostly. But they will take much part in making you overweight. If you can't stop eating these foods you can't lose weight.Try eating moderate foods. It means alternate your foods with less processed foods which helps you to lose weight. Baked potato, whole-wheat bread, grilled foods, fat-free mayonnaise and salad dressings are best to use in your moderate diets. Skipping breakfast makes you decreasing your metabolism which in turn makes you fat. You can't lose weight by stop eating. The foods you eat must be healthy. If you plan for a healthy diet and start working on the diet with regular exercise it helps you to lose weight safely. Enjoy a bowl of cold whole-grain cereal with nonfat milk and fresh fruit can be placed in place of your coffee. With no fat, lots of filling fiber and loads of disease-fighting phytochemicals and vitamins, produce is a girl's best friend. Unfortunately, most American women go for the worst possible vegetable choice: french fries, a nutritional dud drenched in unhealthful saturated fat. Iceberg lettuce and apple juice, also common choices, are mostly water--and not very nutritious. Solutions Hold the fries--and skip the iceberg as well. Instead, eat two servings of unadulterated (fresh, steamed, roasted, broiled, etc.) fruits and/or vegetables at every meal and snack. Intensely colored produce like carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, blueberries, dried plums and green peas are especially healthy. If you can't lose weight by your diet you can moderate your diet with these foods which helps you to lose weight quickly and in a healthy manner. |
